Our medium roast is currently coffee from Comalapa, a municipality within Chiapas in southern Mexico. It is a blend of washed Typica, Caturra and Bourbon varieties.
Hand-roasted to just past first crack. Toffee, chocolate and almond flavors dominate with just a little lemony acidity and a tea-like aftertaste.
