Description
Farmers who are part of APECAP (Asociación Agroartesanal de Productores Ecológicos de Café de Altura del Cantón Palanda) grow coffee in agroforestry systems: Mainly under the shade of banana trees. Creamy body with a good balance between sweet and savory. Chocolate praline with almost an afterthought of citrus fruit.
This is an experimental dark roast. We aren’t normally dark roast drinkers, but Conor really wanted this coffee to stand up and slap you with a popsicle stick.
